Bao to Bao Castle
The angry sprouts
In Orlando the SoDo area has grown so much in the past few years and in that time there has been a nice growth of the restaurant options in that busy little area. One of those options is now Bao Castle! Orlandos latest bao concept offering new bao creations. Now while that first picture isn’t a bao it is one of their creations, the angry sprout is something I heard almost every customer order when they walked in and that is absolutely no surprise because these Brussel sprouts and bacon absolutely kill it. They also offer “the Perfect Snack” which is fried pork belly slices which are also absolutely amazing.
Now on to the bao selection, there are only a handful of Bao that they currently offer but it does not leave you wanting. For seafood lovers they have a shrimp bao and soft-shell crab. The Mad King beef is amazing as is the pork belly and fried chicken. I will be making another trip to check out the bowls but I will tell you that this place is pretty awesome. Clean aesthetic with some great internal decor makes this restaurant look as good as its food.
