New Chicago Deep Dish in Orlando

Have you ever craved that taste of home that you just can’t quite get where you currently are? Normally this type of homesick is something you just try to supplement but for one Winter Park business owner close wasn’t going to cut it. So birthed the first franchise store of Rosati’s Pizza, a Chicago based deep dish pizzeria. This is homesickness gone right, their lack of satisfaction with the Chicago eateries in town are the reason we are being graced with this new option, and who doesn’t love more options. So I started with the thinner crust pizza since it was closest to me, cut into squares and topped with fresh ingredients I was already pretty sold on their pizza. Next I had to go for the deep dish.

The deep dish was as expected, thick and stuffed with toppings, the first slice was vegetarian but eating multiple slices of this could be a food challenge in itself. Had to move to the wings next with my favorite sauce being mango habanero because who doesn’t love some sweet heat. After a few more nibbles I had to gorge on the zeppoles. These fried dough little pieces of heaven are absolute must haves, fried, covered in powdered sugar and served up with Nutella for a dipping sauce. Be careful with these since a handful is hardly ever enough. I look forward to seeing more from this place as I suspect they will grow a bit more in the near future here.
