While I felt that the pictures of the food I took here are not up to my own standard for this restaurant I do want to leave you with this. In Disney Springs, Chicago Famed, Michelin Star, James Beard Award winning chef Tony Mantuano opened this Italian restaurant inside Disney Springs. Alongside their delightful Italian menu they serve all the drinks you would expect but it is within their special selections that the magic really lies. Limoncello, Grappa, Chamomile Grappa, and 4 beers all imported direct from Italy and one of the few places in the entirety of the United States that serves them. Of these four beers all are delicious but the one that drove me crazy was the Verdi imperial stout. Chocolate, coffee flavors and at the back you taste this hint of chili which is just ever so spicy and it is amazing. Look if you like your Italian food and you’re looking for a nice place to sit down and eat it I suggest heading in here. This blog will get updated once I have better food pictures but I will tell you the charcuterie is to die for and the pasta is exactly as good as you think it should be.
