Who doesn’t love bbq? Personally I am unaware of anyone that doesn’t enjoy that smokey, rich flavor especially when done right. Well 4 Rivers has been doing it for a while now and they do a great job, probably why they’ve been able to expand as much as they have which is good news for bbq lovers. They are best known for their brisket which they will slice for you as you ask for lean or fattier cuts which leaves everyone happy.

Burnt Ends Sandwich

They have their meats down for sure offering chicken, pork, and beef in all sorts of cuts. Pulled, sausage, burnt ends, brisket, try tip, ribs, all the smokehouse essentials. Sides are just as important offering the likes of fried okra, fried pickles, baked bbq beans, Mac n cheese, you name it.

What impressed us more is the man behind the BBQ, every time I have had the fortune of running in to John Rivers it has been a pleasure. He founded the 4 Rivers ministry in 2009 and the rest has been history! in the past decade they have become a local favorite getting recognition from visitors, local and international blogs for a reason. Regardless of what you get my recommendation is that you mix their spicy and mild bbq sauce for a little sweet heat, call that a bit of local advice that combo is gold!
